They are a body involved in Educational Research and Development that will inform the Formulation and Effective Implementation of Policies in Education as well as in other related Sectors of the Economy. They are responsible for curriculum development and implementation for Primary and Secondary Education in Nigeria. They have worked with organizations like the Global Environmental Education Partnership (GEEP). The website is also a good resource for the current curriculum in secondary schools in Nigeria.
