Supply chain disruptions as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic are affecting lower-income countries disproportionately. Garment factories in Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Cambodia have experienced cancellations of orders and over $16 billion are owed to overseas suppliers in global goods.
